Service Description

Our couples counselling offers you the opportunity to understand what is getting in the way of your connection with yourself and each other. We provide you with a safe space to examine your relationship dynamics and discover tools to re-remember the joy that brought you together. As you learn techniques that help you move through conflict in a healthy way, we reinforce your each taking ownership and responsibility for what you are contributing to the situation you find yourselves in. Through our therapeutic work, you will come to recognize behaviors that sabotage you of the joy, passion and intimacy you wish for yourselves. We are happy to work with you either as individual counsellors, or as a couple, bringing you over 25 years of combined professional experience and over 30 years of personal experience in the art of sacred relationship.
