My tool-kit consists of extensive knowledge of Eastern and Western teachings; 15+ years of experience with metaphysical/ spirituality practice; mindfulness meditation; release of trauma & energy medicine; chakra meditation; colour therapy; aromatherapy; crystals and sound healing and 15+ years of intuitive dance/expressive arts experience.
