As we value and respect your time, we also value and respect ours. Please be advised that, any cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment must be made with 24-48 hours of advance notice. If you miss an appointment without notifying our office, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will unfortunately need to charge you 50% of your fee for the reserved time. If this occurs over a second or subsequent occasion, you will be held responsible for the full fee.

This said, we recognize that there are, on occasion, exceptional circumstances which arise beyond your realm of control. Such circumstances may leave you unable to honour our practice's cancellation policy. In such cases, either one of us at Healing Works Counselling may make an exception. Please feel welcome to speak with us directly to negotiate an exception. Thank you in advance for your respect and cooperation.
